Today, my supervisor told me he's attempting to transfer to a different facility instead of completing the training he was giving me to be promoted. It probably wouldn't piss me off so bad if this wasn't the fourth supervisor to do this to me in the past three years across five different stores. FML

So... Take the hint. Someone somewhere doesn't want you receiving that promotion. Id understand if - once - a supervisor transferred, but four times? You're looking at more than a coincidence. And maybe need to start looking at a new job.

Their higher up is probably offering them irresistible deals in other locations. It seems that they don't want you to ever finish that training. Find another job.

Clearly this is a you problem. Maybe stop being so horrible to be around. That or try working from home instead.
