Today, my girlfriend of two years broke up with me and then left in a hurry. When I went outside I saw my dog behind her car as she was backing out. I tried to get her to stop but she sped up and now I have no girlfriend nor dog. FML

None of this is helping my sudden temper and mood swings that have come as a side-effect of discontinuing my anti-depressants. FML

Today, my driver's-side door was so frozen that the locking mechanism wouldn't move. My passenger-side door's lock worked, but the door itself wouldn't budge. The door handle on the other hand, budged quite well. It budged right off its hinges. FML

Today, I found out that my promotion had been rescinded and given to someone else, all because I was on a pre-approved vacation. According to my boss, they need someone who's "committed to the company" for the position, and gave me a lecture on how if I keep being "lazy" and "unmotivated" I'll never get ahead. FML
