That tends to be more negative. ***** is often used as an insult (like the word fag or bitch), so while it may have a factual meaning, that meaning has become an insult over time. Whether you mean it that way or not, the connotation turns your "factual" remark into an open insult (same for OP). You're free to go around insulting random strangers if you want to, but people in turn are free to believe that is an offensive thing to do.

If you have a lot of sex, even using condoms, the possibility of having STDs is gonna be high. I mean a lot of sex as in like 10 times a day with different partners.
