Today, my boss fired me, saying he’d had a lot of patience with me, but now the time had come to part. Funny, a few months ago he told me that he had to have a lot of patience with each of my coworkers when they started, but that I was the only one who grasped it all right from the start. FML

Was actually just recently in this awful position. You need to get out there start looking for something else, because soon enough you wont be able to handle it. Have a talk with your boss and if things don't change once you think you have a good job that sounds promising an you go for an interview or two just let your boss know an see what happens. Things will change real quick I'll tell you what!
