Today, I was in Italian class as normal. When talking about upcoming tests, the teacher announced to everyone that I'm not taking the speaking tests due to my severe social anxiety, autism and speech impediment. FML

Rereading my first comment, I realise it kinda looks like innuendo. Just to clarify - it isn't. Also, if the teacher really is dumb then calling them a dumbass was mean, but I imagine they'd be a pretty incompetent teacher. Either way, it sucks that happened, and I definitely think the teacher should be reported.

I don't think that is legal. You need to talk to the principal at the very least.

If you have services set up by a disability office at your school, that is against HIPAA
