Today, I was diagnosed with clinical depression after breaking down in tears in front of my third grade for the third time in a month and having my boss demand that I go out and see a professional. FML

You really should have gone to get help after the first time. You're teaching children, leaving a lasting impression on their lives, taking care of yourself so you do the best job possible is essential. There is no way this should have happened 3 times, and word of it gotten to your boss, before you realized you needed to change something.

You really should have gone to get help after the first time. Today, we're a family of four moving houses. My husband wants me to copy each room and move it to the new house, paste it there. Literally.
