You should ask them why anyone even would want to do a CA of a hijab? It’s purpose is to suppress women and to not be luring for men since they can’t “control themselves”

Hold up..are you saying that the purpose of a hijab is for women to be suppressed because men can't control themselves?

Yes that is what I’m saying, it’s to hide women and not to keep their head warm.

But then there is always that classic double standard.. to wear a ton of makeup and skinny jeans to go with it

Cultural Appropriation in of itself is a stupid concept.

The whole freaking world is a blend of different cultures that have been taking things from other cultures since the human race began.

I'm a Muslim too. but if someone tries to interfere in your personal space, you can either punch them on their face or runaway from them but never suffer because of them. make amends. :)

Just tell them that their shitty little imaginary friend does not give them the right to play fashion police. If they have a problem with other people's clothes, they can keep it to themselves like everyone else.

Well friend, you could go respectful, which would simply be to inform her that all culture is human culture, and by being a human, it is impossible to appropriate any culture that you already have a right to by simply being a living human being. You could also be a bit cunty and inform her that 'contrary to popular belief, ragheads did not actually invent the act of wearing a rag on ones head.'
