My room doesn't have a lock on it, and as my username states, my mom won't let me leave the house, and even though I'm not a huge fan of her, I still have to respect my mom.

That really isn't good for your skin. If you can't isolate yourself to your bedroom, maybe arrange to stay over a friend's house
