I know they haven't seen you in a long time, but you'd think if they realized you were unwell that they would be willing to wait to spend time with you...Seems a little selfish on their part. Get well soon, OP. I hope your family realized eventually that it wasn't right to make you go out while you were sick.

If OP has been vomiting and dry-heaving for two days, I'm fairly certain they already know and just don't care. It's kinda hard not to notice someone puking for two days.
