Today, I'm at the medicaid office waiting to be called on when the old gentleman sitting next to me decided to start watching porn on his phone. He isn't even wearing headphones. FML

I'm pretty sure that falls under public indecency.... Though, good luck getting someone to take a complaint about that that doesn't involve exposed genitals seriously. I can only otherwise suggest in the future informing a manager of the facility and for now taking advantage of your preferred form of brain bleach. (If your preferred form of brain bleach is ****...well, you're a bit screwed.)
