From what I know of many jobs, new hires are on probation. They can fire you for whatever reason they want. Sorry but not much you can do. Under the probation period, they can fire you if they don't like you.
Your bad grammar should disqualify this from even being a nearly FML.
"From even being a nearly FML" ...right. I don't really think you "a nearly" have room to talk.
You've just shown your boss that not only are you absolutely and utterly unreliable, but a health risk as well. You've killed two birds with one stone here - an accomplishment if I've ever seen one. On top of that, you now also have a mark on your record because you couldn't get your ass up, take migraine medication, find something with caffeine, and at least try and get through your first day. I don't know what you expected to happen, and I don't entirely know why you feel like we should be sympathetic with you. You deserved every bit of what you got. Migraine or not.
I've never had migraines, so I'm not experienced. I can understand from your boss's perspective why s/he would fire you. Pretty much no matter what you need to come in on your first day of work. It's bad form not too. Sorry you had a migraine though. If it's affecting your life that much maybe you need to speak to a doctor?
That has to be frustrating! I know you meant well in taking care of yourself, but employers don't see it that way. Consider this a lesson learned: you must drag yourself in on your first day, no matter what, or there won't be a second day.
Also, it's *unemployed..... :/

You called off on your first day? You definitely deserve it.
