Today, I had an anxiety attack just from thinking about appearing on TV and being watched by a real audience. FML

Now imagine the panic attack you'll have when you see how famous you've become by having an FML published.

You don't just want to watch the world burn, you actually pour the gasoline and light the match.

I understand OP. I've suffered an anxiety attack for the same reason. Just breath and remind yourself you'll be ok.

@20, That's very interesting/odd! Do you know why marshmallows give you anxiety? I mean public speaking is easy to understanding, but I don't understand fluffy foods. (Btw: I'm genuinely curious, not trying to be rude.)

I have been on camera and on TV several times and I freak out each time, but once I get going the fear goes away and it's fine. I'm sure you will do well. Don't stress too much. Everyone gets nervous.

Cardboard gives me the same feeling of anxiety.

You can always do **** and just have people watch you from their couch with the click of the remote.

I get this inSANE nervous giggle, like pig laugh Honey Boo Boo style! My life on TV would be over long before it started! Oh, and people say to imagine the audience/-people around naked to relaxe... Did.....not.....work! You can do it! :)

Everyone needs to lay off the benzos and go to CBT.

have you tried visiting a psychologist?

Do what I did; public speak to a few friends or neighbors and gradually work up to where you want to be. The only other advice I can give you is to just be you. Throw off the masks you show to others to be noticed and just be you. It's hard to do, trust me, its hard. Just take baby steps
