Today, I got my first tattoo. It's a large broadsword which runs the length of my spine. I went home to show it off, only to learn that the hilt on my neck looks just like a penis when the rest of it is covered with my shirt. FML

Today, I was at a Chinese restaurant with my boyfriend and his family. After the meal, we all decided to open our fortune cookies and read them out loud. On mine, it said "You will change your mind many times before settling down." I didn't realize what it meant until after I'd read it to them. FML

Today, I was looking at tattoos and fell in love with a really cool looking one, so I decided to get it. I later showed it to a friend who is a cop. He informed me that it is a gang tattoo. I think I just put a target on my ankle. FML

YDI for getting a tattoo without being 100% sure of what it means. But people should stop calling her a **** for getting a "tramp stamp". My mum has one but it doesn't define who she is. People should be judged by the way they act, not the body art they choose to have.

Technically speaking a tramp stamp is defining the way you act it shows the kind of decisions you make and the kind of person you are Alot of young people get tattoos then regret it

Getting permanently inked is an action. Judging your mom for her action is appropriate even by your own standard. Sorry, but its a tramp stamp. Hopefully your mom makes better decisions these days.

I remember reading a story about this on some other website where this girl told her arrogant, conceited roommate that a certain symbol meant "beautiful." But it really meant "****." Just sayin.
