Better idea go to public bathroom with bag take 1 roll to last till payday even if you have to unroll it all into the bag.
Two solutions. Go to a fast food joint and take a lot of napkins. OR go to a fast food place or place of work, and just roll down all the toilet paper into your bag. Come on people learn to be resourceful!

Just take a poop during each work day, balance it out with your meals
You have water use it just like europeans
Do what I use to do when I was broke. I went to a grocery store or gas station and busted the lid mostly it was already broke and took the toilet paper that had the least amount on it. Lasted me for a bit! Though the toilet paper was rough as hell. Don't make it a habit though.
