That sucks. My employer said I would get a raise if i went through a two day training. Four months later they finally gave it to me and it was 25 cents.

This is all you got? My father worked in a car dealership as the Parts Manager. His boss told them that his department would never have to work weekends. When they started working weekends, the man said it would only be for half days. When they started working full days on the weekend, the man told them that they could take off early on Fridays as it was always slow then. When he got yelled at for taking off early on Friday, the boss told him that he should be grateful that the man didn't fire him for all the crap he's done over the years. Bosses are crap the majority of the time. Work as you are told and don't do anything that might get you in trouble is the only way to survive.
