Today, I can't think of a reason to live. Well, except for my dog. I love him so much, but I still looked up his average life span. 5-8 more years. FML

Okay, I'mma give you a guide to getting better: 1. Call 211 and see if you can find a therapist and schedule an appointment 2. Go down to your local Humane Society\doggo shelter 3. Volunteer to walk\play with doggos It was kittehs for me for a while, but yes, this helps. If your doggo helps...you need more doggos. Go forth and volunteer to love them.
