The real problem
Today, at work, I was informed that my manager told the owner, "Everything wrong with my department" is me. FML

As a manager, that is partially his fault if you truly are having problems.

He's your manager, you're his responsibility. If things are wrong because of you then he should work with you to fix it up or frankly, get rid of you. If things are not your fault then they should get rid of him.

you should write a resignation letter and throw it right on his face and say, now you're fired.
