Today, after years of work 42k dollars later, we got a phone call saying that the car me and my dad built that was my moms who passed away, was stolen from the shop we were having it tuned at. And their cameras are for looks only. Good bye 68' charger R/T with actual 426 hemi. FML

Sue them, they turned off their cameras and let someone steal something that important from you that they should have been watching

This sounds like an inside job, to be frank. I'd file a report for the missing car, if you haven't already. I'd also suggest making very pointed reviews everywhere you can about the fact that the shop not only misleads customers about the level of security they use, but also that, if I'm interpreting the post correctly, were extremely unhelpful in the search. You may also be able to file a lawsuit for them losing property. It won't help with the emotional loss, but if you win it might gives som
