Today, after months of eating lunch with my best friend, going to Barnes and Noble, and having to poop while I was there, I realized I've trained myself to have to poop every single time I step into a Barnes and Noble. FML

OP here! I so didn't think this was going to make it! But I loved reading all your comments! And yes I do read FML while I'm doing my business at Barnes and Noble lol

Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Well on the bright side, now you know what to do next time you're constipated.

In psychology, this situation has a term called "classical conditioning". Super cool, check it out! And dw OP, this type of behaviour can be easily unlearned. Don't feel bad!

Something similar happened to me, I trained myself to need to pee every time I turn off my house alarm. So every time I got home and I heard my alarm, I needed to pee. Luckily, all I had to do to unlearn this was wear sound blocking earbuds. I don't know how you could apply this to your situation, though...

Why would you poop in Barnes and Noble? Do they have excellent toilets?

Use poopouri for everyone's sake!

I know the feeling!! I really Depended on Borders!!!!

That happens whenever i'm spending time in a library. Must be something about browsing books

I have to pee after I eat dinner every single night. Food hits my stomach, bladder feels squeezed. :P

I'm sorry I laughed at you that time you got diarrhea at Barnes and Noble. And I'm sorry for telling everyone about it now...

I read a few years back that the smell of books makes a lot of people have to poop. because science.

Fun fact- ink has a laxative effect, and the smell of ink in bookstores makes you have to go to the bathroom!
