I don’t know about the laws in your country, but in the USA that would be considered sexual harassment. If you are already hired, I suggest you talk to someone in your Human Resources department - What you boss is attempting to do is not only immoral it’s potentially illegal. If you haven’t already taken the job I suggest turning it down. Once you are his employee he will have even more leverage over you and this is a potential disaster in the making.
Keep looking. Don't stay, once he realizes you will not date him, he will turn on you. After you find another job, report him.
