Today, I ordered a set of chairs on Amazon for my work. The confirmation code they were sending didn't show up on my phone or email. Two hours and countless chats with customer service bots later, when I got to speak with a human, the confirmation codes showed up. I still cannot order the chairs. FML

Update: after creating a business account only to be able to order the damn chairs and ordering again, the system somehow took my personal credit card to complete the transaction, then cancelled it just because. I still cannot order the chairs. Will try again on Monday.

I tried to order the chairs. I completed the web form, and the website said that I needed a confirmation code, probably because it's a big purchase, and when I couldn't provide it, it closed my order and every order of the same chairs I tried to do. The human customer service representative told me that she spoke to her team and they will call me back. I am still waiting.

Maybe I should have named it "verification code". It would have been less confusing.
