Today, a month ago, with great sacrifice, I bought my daughter an expensive gift she wanted - a doll the size of her. We had a big party for her where she took the doll out of the box, threw it on the floor, and has only played with the box for a entire month. FML

Wow, a doll that's literally the size of a kid? What doll is that? Also, watch out - there was an R.L. Stine series years ago that featured a doll just like that, and it was possessed/evil and tried to take the place of the girl. I can only imagine what one of those dolls cost...

Ugh, so many possibilities -- each more creepy than the next!
Wouldn't the box be like a coffin? Or, should we guess boys won't be an issue since she prefers playing with boxes? What do you do with a life-size doll?

Seems like she wanted to be the doll and just needed to box to get into.

If you could have, you should've returned it and gotten a refund.

Kids always have more fun with the box than with the present...
