OP, why don't you invite someone else, maybe a best male buddy on the trip? Or just about anyone whom you feel you appreciate and is there for you. I don't know why she broke up with you but she is no longer entitled to nice things from you and going with her would just be painful for you but enjoyable for her. Cheer up OP, things will get better

If u don't wanna take someone else on the special vacation u planned for an anniversary, just sell the tickets to get ur money back since they aren't refundable
