To add context: You enter through a street-level foyer of sorts, and you can take an elevator or the stairs to get to the shopping area. So the first time, I slipped on some water at the top of those stairs. The second time, I was walking through the produce section and slipped on a grape on the floor. I gotta say, I'm a bit surprised and pleased to finally have one published. And, no, I wasn't hurt; I was just a bit shaken up. In fact, when I slipped and fell the second time, I thought, not again! And one reason I keep going is it's a five-minute walk from my apartment.
Try a different pair of shoes next time you go.
I’m sure you could get your grocery shopping trips sponsored by a local personal injury lawyer.
What was the reason for you slipping? Bad shoes? A wet spot? Both? If it was a wet spot, did they have a caution sign up? If not and the floor was wet, you could sue.

listen here, your arm is broken and you now have a limp.
If at first you don't succeed, try try again...but a different store...
I've only ever seen someone fall over on a wet patch once. That was when she was wearing 6 inch heels, was so drunk so couldn't walk in a straight line, was running around the shop, and tried to go around a corner. The water she slipped on was the one wet patch left after the floor has been mopped. There was a sign up at the entrance. Sometimes the person who fell really is to blame, people need to take some responsibility and realise the world isn't a safe place and if you don't take take any precautions and act like an idiot you will get hurt.
