Today, it's been two weeks since I got married. It's also two weeks since my husband got cold feet about moving in together, because he thinks the sudden change would be too emotionally distressing for his cat. FML

Your husband might have a reason from prior changes in the house, some cats are super weird and can stress themselves out to get "feline idiopathic cystitis"...it sounds super dumb but give the cat some time. If that's the only case for your husband ask him if he wants to work on the cat getting use to the lifestyle change steadily? Good luck

He did know that once you get married you move in together right? Why did he go through with the wedding if he was so concerned about his cat. I know guys who put pussy first but normally it's the pussy they are with and not their cats, just ask him which pussy is more important for him to have his or yours. Good luck OP

And this is why you should move in before you get married. That way you work out all the kinks and potential problems in a relationship before making a life time commitment. Obviously your husband needs to decide what and who his priorities are. I'm sure the cat will survive the move.
