Bit of both

Today, at the age of 30, I was diagnosed with both sciatica and ADHD. I don't know whether to feel really old, or really young. FML

I suffer from anxiety and had sciatica numerous times. I'm young and have been called an old man all my life. I've even been called old for knowing what sciatica is. You're not alone 😊

All this means is back pain and and an answer for why you can't focus. I was 33 when I found out I had Autism. I've had arthritis and scittca since I was a child. Get physical therapy and a good therapist.
