That sucks OP, next time I suggest doing some research into the place, asking the employees a few questions. It's still possible to replace those people, and start a new look for the company(:

stick it out as long as possible. when there is no hope left, join your co workers in stealing: paper clips, staplers, pens, and what not. it will be covered by the bankruptcy.
