Do yourself a HUGE favor. Do some research on keto/carnivore lifestyle. There are plenty of videos available. It's changed my life, sustainable weight loss, no more meds, lots more energy. Good luck.
It's amazing what a balanced, moderated diet does to a human body. It's almost as though we've developed the need to eat the same foods we started eating thousands of years ago, and deviating from that diet causes us problems. This advice brought to you by a human with diabeetus.
Body has to have ample protein. Could have done it other ways but yeah meat is protein you have to supplement on vegan diets
