Today, I realized that raising a child with autism is much like the 4th circle of hell. And I don't know what to tell myself. He's just getting stronger, more aggressive, and harder to deal with. And he'll never be able to hold a job or live on his own, and there's basically no one to help us. FML.

Hi, I work as a behavior specialist for students with autism. If you're willing to move to another state, the Groden Center in Rhode Island is a great place for him. Otherwise, I would look up places where you are from, there are autism services in every state.

Today, after spending at least two hours on the phone every day for the past week, my health insurer I pay a huge monthly premium to agreed to cover my life-sustaining insulin. But they won't contribute to the cost until after I've paid an unaffordable deductible first. I'm going to die even though I'm insured. FML

Today, after 3 days of being admitted to the hospital, I don't have appendicitis. I have a bacterial infection in my intestinal tract, with gut-wrenching pain and brutal diarrhea for over a week. They can't give me anymore Imodium, I just have to let it run its course. This is the second time I've had this. FML
