It's a new form of guerilla marketing gone terribly wrong. The cops were supposed to say, "We've got a warrant to search the premises for what makes you such an awesome doctor" but the actors forgot some of their lines.

You don't get told when a raid is going to happen, you don't know when they're coming and you certainly don't get given a date and time of arrival, a raid will happen when it needs to, the Police do their raid when they want to... I'm so sorry you had to waste months to be disappointed. I'm sure you can find another doctor. Even if they're out of your way, if it's a serious disease, I'm sure you'll find the right doctor soon.
What if you arrived before the warrant and the doctor was fake???
