It takes time. Don't give up. Surrendering is a guaranteed way to lose. Keep going. Do things that make you happy without feeling guilty. Go to the gym frequently. Get sunlight. Cut people off. Continue doing intensive therapy. Eat a healthy diet. Try CBD if you don't. Just don't surrender. You can beat your depression.
When something is not working, change it up. May I suggest weed?
I agree with Cuz803. Also remember your meds may need adjusting. The dosages may be too strong or too weak. Or the two/3 may not work well together for you. Work with your Doctors and ease be patient. These thi gs take time and you are doing a great job in getting help.
Ask your Dr if there's any of the magic mushroom therapy trials in your area, apparently it's supposed to be really helpful for treatment resistant depression. DO NOT TRY THIS BY YOURSELF. You need to be guided through it to get the desired results. Google: Psilocybin therapy for better info. John Hopkins has a load of stuff on it now.
1. Call doctor. 2. Tell doctor this. 3. Doctor will presumably prescribe you new meds. Finding the right med takes A Lot of time. It's much shorter if, once you realize the meds aren't working, you pick up the phone and call the doctor to tell them this.
