Today my one year old daughter woke up at 3 in the morning and puked all over me and her father. It was all rotten milk. FML

Milk can spoil in a little over an hour at body temperature. So if the child drank it and it stayed in the stomach too long it can go sour despite being fresh when drank. When I was young and running a fever I foolishly drank milk, within 1.5 hours I had brought it back up, now completely spoiled. So there is a chance it was negligence, but equally good if not better of a chance of it being natural.

...Exactly how did your ONE YEAR OLD get a hold of rotten milk? This sounds like neglect on you or your husbands part, and you are lucky she only vomited.

#1 you clearly do not have kids. Lol

No, I don't. The way it was phrased made it sound like the milk was spoiled going down, however- which I have seen way too many cases of parents giving their kids spoiled milk out of either malice, stupidity, or absent mindedness to have put the possibility out of mind. I've also never been able to keep unaged milk products down, so I have never had personal experience with with spoiling inside the body thing. That said, if that is what happened, then I have nothing but sympathy for the parents and kid.
