You need to tell your actual guardians, not allowing someone to eat lunch is abusive
Abusive? Seriously? It grates on my nerves when people overuse that word. Making someone skip a meal is far from abusive and is something many parents do when their child is misbehaving. Should the Gma have let them eat lunch, assuming all else was well? Sure. But her lack of reason in this case is NOT abuse.
