I was on the sidewalk ON MY BIKE and got hit by a fedex truck in October 2012. Now I hide behind telephone poles whenever possible.

ironic because I just saw a video of two teen girls hit by a car while in a crosswalk ..

Definitely sue, and charge for drunk driving, unless they TERRIBLE drivers, most likely drunk though
