Today, I had to go to the hospital because I broke my leg in a sex accident. The doctor is my boyfriend's mom. I had to explain everything to her. FML

No you didn't. Doctors don't think "I fell over, and landed awkwardly on my leg" is an obviously fake excuse when you break your leg. There was no reason for you to tell her you and her son were trying to follow along to the Kama Sutra, when you fell off the bed, and broke your leg.
