OP is pregnant. OP is past due. People suggested sexual activity to cause an ******, to trigger dilation of the cervix so OP's baby stops hanging out in their uterus. OP is no longer with the father of the baby, and does not have a current romantic partner. OP's abdomen is too large for them to reach their genitals. As such, OP cannot simply ********** to achieve the goal of triggering cervix dilation via ******.
Spicy food and walking a lot both help
Doing it yourself won't help anyways because the reason sex works is the hormone oxytocin that is in male ejaculate. Three days overdue is no reason to panic, up to 10 days is fine. Mainly relax and do things you won't be able to do as easily later: go for coffee with your friends, go to the cinema, go swimming, etc. Also: contact a midwife, they have a lot of natural induction methods, from certain movements, acupuncture, up to drink recipes that will induce labor. Wrong! ******, and indeed sexual pleasure, triggers release of oxytocin from the brain regardless of anatomy. Ejaculate has nothing to do with it.

as hard as it is just be patient. baby will come when ready. I did some stretching and walking to relax and ended up going into labor. I know youre miserable, but its almost over! wishing you all of the luck in the world with your baby!

Go on a motorcycle ride down the street, then have someone drive you to the hospital, motorcycles might be too dangerous for a pregnant woman if riding down a real street, but riding one will put you into labor.
I walked for three miles three nights in a row the fourth night I skipped it six hours later I was in labor.
