Today, after spending days obsessively practising for an audition, I was informed by the director that I don't really have a shot because all the female have already been filled. Thanks for the heads up. FML.

Hey, at least you got in a lot of practice -- you'll be that much better for future auditions. And if the director's impressed enough with your audition this time around, that might put you in better running for their next show.

Today, my neighbor's 4-year-old daughter came up to me and asked if she could have my dog. When I said no, she started crying so much that her mom came out 5 minutes later and demanded that I give her daughter the dog. FML

Today, the asshole who I paid to send me weekly diet plans thinks I'm weird because I'm asking him to send them on time. He claims he "has a life." WTF? Arrogant! I paid for this service that he's giving poorly. He even sends the same plan every week and just changes the file date. FML

Today, I met my boyfriend's mother for the first time. She has early onset dementia, butt was a pretty OK day. All was going well until she looked at her son and said he was skinny, which admittedly he is quite skinny, but then looked me dead in the eye and said, "You need to lose weight." FML
