hey guys. Thanks for the positive comments. I guess she dididn't didn't realize I was his wife. Ib had twin a month ago and I brought them to the office. Here is when she sit down and decided to play with the boys. She went on to tell me about the affair & that shit is expecting. as for what I done I got up and left. I'm currently packing as I type.

Well, here's what to do: First, get him out. In the claim, demand the twins, your home, you car(s)-only half of the cars, unless just 1, than take that, and 50-75% of the cash. Normally, I (as a lady) hate how women get EVERYTHING, but this time, do that.

I agree with 133; while it's wrong that women usually get almost everything in a divorce, this time it would be justified taking most of your joined belongings. If he doesn't think he needs you and can screw around with other women, he doesn't deserve anything you worked for. Pack his shit, kick him out, and claim as much as you reasonably can.
