Today, I told my girlfriend that my grandma died, expecting to be comforted. She got mad at me for "stealing her thunder" because her cat died two days ago. FML

DUMP HER. My puppy is like my child to me, but if I was in the same situation? I would still be emotionally distraught over my loss, but I would be able to comfort my boyfriend for his loss.

im sorry, how are you feeling about the whole grandma dying thing? I just lost mine a little over a year ago and she was the one person i was closest to. Its hard.. :/
