Today, I fell asleep on the beach while tanning. I was woken up by the flock of seagulls eating the bread from my stomach. Why was bread on my stomach? Because my little brother knows birds are my biggest fear. FML

I understand exactly how you feel. I make my family scare birds away from me. My Mum once made me 'conquer my fear' by making me sit through a bird show and walk through an avery at the zoo. Worst day of my life, I feel your pain OP.

And while we're at it, is this Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory? He's also petrified of birds, or at least he was until a big bluejay became his friend before flying away.
