Police report and insurance claim. If you don't have comprehensive, check you homeowners policy. If you rent, file a claim with your property management. Bummer.

I'd say getting your car destroyed for something you didn't do. I'm not sure why everyone's in such a rush to be in a relationship - it may just be OP's choice.
