Just let your crush let them know how you feel, they'll most likely reject you and you can move on. It's a perfect plan. Nothing could go wrong.
And what would happen if they would show interest? Are you strong enough to reject them? Those type of things have the tendency to slow nibble on your resolve. Until a bad period or an unexpected moment makes you do things you thought would never happen.
Tell your spouse about it, then tell HR and see if a transfer is possible. If you're strong enough not to act on it then it need not be a problem as long as you're open and transparent about it.
