Backfired

Today, a telemarketer called for my dad. Jokingly, I said, "I haven't seen him for like five days… I'm starting to get worried," in my best child-like voice. Apparently the telemarketer called Child Protective Services. I'm 20. FML

I know somebody that has a child-like voice. She does stuff like that all the time.

the one good telemarketer in the world. but this had to have happened years ago. I haven't received a telemarket call since the natiomal do not call list was put into play.

that so happened to me one time I told them they ruined my day for calling and I might just die, an hour later the cops and paramedics showed up to my house to search for dead bodies I was 16 at the time and my mom wasn't happy when she pulled into the house and thought something bad happened. lolz we laugh about it now
