WTF, your (former) boss is an idiot. If someone grope you, you shouldn't accept it and you should report it (like you did). I hope you can find a new job soon, with a better and more understanding boss.
Surely, even in the US, you can't be fired for not accepting sexual harrasment. In the UK you could be all over your employer for this.

It depends. In a case where sexual harassment happened, any court worth its salt would favor OP. That said, there have been really dumb (and technically unconstitutional) rulings made about unfair terminations with the woman being 'too attractive' and the male boss firing her because he doesn't have the self control to keep him body parts to himself. That said, HR would be OP's best bet for now- they can pull footage because, despite whatever drug fueled belief the boss has, a business can't tell their employees that they are allowed to defend them self from assault.
