Today, I found out that a guy I left a few weeks ago got a job in my workplace. I started dating a work colleague and its out in the open that we are together. The problem is that things ended very badly so now I’m stuck seeing my ex and my partner together awkwardly everyday. FML

that is very awkward. Did your ex follow you there it was it coincidence?? You have started dating again very quickly after leaving your previous relationship (though the relationship could have been over long before then) which could be upsetting for your ex too. It is not an easy position to be in.
