Today, I passed out unexpectedly for the sixth time in two months. The doctor has repeatedly told my mom that I need to go to the hospital the next time it happens. My mom refuses to take me because she doesn't want to pay any hospital bills, and that I'll "probably just get over it." FML.

Providing food, shelter and healthcare are why she's allowed to claim you as a dependant and get a tax break. She needs to hold up her end of the deal. Withholding possibly life saving medical treatment also falls squarely under neglect and child endangerment if you are still a minor.

That should be taken care of, as it may turn out to be something very fatal. sometimes brain tumors can cause you to passout. also not getting enough oxygen to the brain can make you pass out as well. everything that can cause it, never a good thing.

Today, I went to my daughter's best friends birthday party, only to find my ex there, who is now sleeping with the mother, who has a fiancé in prison, who isn't going to be happy when he gets out. Most awkward kids birthday party ever. FML

Today, I'm struggling with my mental and emotional health, as well as my marriage. Our 25 year-old daughter, who is failing at adulting, wants to move back in after only being gone for slightly over a year. I love my child, but she's a nightmare to live with. I'm gonna run away from home. FML

Today, I drove two hours to secretly buy an antique book my wife has been looking for for 30 years since her childhood copy was lost in a house fire. There was one other guy there interested in buying it, we were both cash buyers but with one difference: I was the one who forgot his wallet. FML

Today, I was at Aldi when I realized I'd left my wallet at home. I tried to convince the cashier to let me pay with an IOU, but they just gave me a skeptical look and said, "This isn't the 1880s, dude." I had to leave my cart of groceries and walk out empty-handed. FML

Today, I wanted to bust my introverted routine and posted on social media an invite to see a play. Two friends responded. I took the first up on the offer but she backed out later. When I tried to get tickets for the day the second friend was going, they were sold out. I'm now going to the play by myself. FML

Today, after months of being told I have pneumonia by different doctors, I decided to go to another hospital with better staff. There I learned that I will actually need to have open heart surgery to replace two valves in my heart. FML
