I have been there. It sucks ass. Hopefully your boyfriend gets his act together and actually cares that you're the one having to answering for his absence. In the meantime don't let your boss punish the wrong person. Stand up for yourself and tell him/her that you are not your boyfriend and you cannot answer for him. Hope it works out Op.

You can date your coworkers? Lots of places forbid this -- here's a good reason why.

That's really not the reason why places forbid relationships between coworkers. As long as they're respectful at work and do all of their work they're fine. OPs boss yelling at her really isn't appropriate. As said before, OP is not her boyfriend and he should be kept accountable for his own actions, not his significant other.

Don't ink your pen in the company dip.

It's actually "don't dip your pen in company ink" but close enough.

Is this the same couple that the boyfriend worked 3 months at a company while the girlfriend was trying to get his position and been at the company for 2 years?

I could maybe understand this slightly if they hired him on your recommendation.

Wow. That's really unprofessional. They can't do that. Maybe make a report to HR?

Good reason to deprive him of sex... or encourage by working a full week lol.
