Today, I found out that my boyfriend of almost two years has been cheating on me with his ex. They had a horrible, abusive relationship and she even stabbed him at one point. I got him out of that situation and almost went broke doing that. FML

If there's one thing I've learned several times from personal experience, those are the exes that the men cannot live without. They enjoy the adrenaline and enjoy the crazy. I've lost a few back to their exes because I refused to scream, control them and even break ribs. I just couldn't, and wouldn't, compare to the abuser. Stockholm is very real.
