Today, I finally had it with the redneck bully who's been tormenting me. He was repeatedly poking and pinching me and laughing out loud during class, so I slung him to the ground, pinning him. I got suspended. They only called his parents, who never do anything; my "caring" parents are looking into teen boot camp. FML

Let me guess - the bully is popular? I had the exact same situation multiple times in middle school. I defended myself against bullies, and did things as trivial as throwing a jacket into a dry, unused shower, and I got detention for that. I chewed out a brat and said "at least my mom hasn't been married five times," which was speaking the truth, and I got yanked out of class for that. It's hard being the victim, even harder when we can't defend ourselves without consequences.
