Risky comeback
Today, my mum asked me, "Shouldn't you be cleaning your room?" On impulse, I replied, "Shouldn't you be in the kitchen?" I've never been hit so hard in my life. FML

I don't think it's the end of the world for parents to give kids a good smack when it's called for. Not beating the shit out of them mind you; just a good smack. It causes introspection, the idea of consequence, and personal reflection; things I've noticed this new generation to be lacking.
